Amy's IT experience ranges from Help Desk and Exchange Administrator to Break/Fix and Phone Technician. Amy excels in her industry and was awarded "Rookie of the Year" her first year in sales and has earned certifications for eCopy, Captaris Right Fax, Equitrac Express and various other industry specific applications. Amy is an active member of St. James Episcopal Church and is the proud mother of two adorable boys. |

Barbara Dickson

Biography:
Joined the Plus Team in 2006.
Barbara has 20 years of experience servicing copiers. Before joining the Plus Team, she worked for 13 years servicing the full line of Canon black and white copiers and 4 years as a color specialist working on a full line of Canon and Ricoh color copiers and on Konica 8050/C500 color copiers. At Plus Inc., Barbara is the color specialist for the Ricoh and Konica Minolta color systems and is Fiery certified. She earned an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. Her hobbies include reading and fishing.

Becky Cooper

Biography:
Joined the Plus Team in 2009.
Becky has more than 15 years experience in customer service. Becky is responsible for cash applications, collections, daily financial/sales reports, general administrative duties including order and service call entry. Before his retirement in 1991, her husband’s Army career provided the opportunity to hone her skills in a variety of industries, including government and commercial travel and county level government agencies. Many moves later, she has settled in Greenville with her husband, a son attending Erskine College, another son who lives and works in Greenville and a daughter, stationed in Okinawa, Japan with her active duty Army husband. She is the proud Grandmother of four boys and the mother of one very spoiled Shih-tzu.

Biography:
Joined the Plus Team in 2007.
Cheryl has over 25 years experience in purchasing and inventory control. At Plus Inc., her major responsibilities include purchasing and managing all supply and parts inventory as well as managing the technician’s inventory. Her excellent communication skills with other departments has been a major key in managing our inventory. Cheryl has two children and four granddaughters. She is a member of Brookwood Community Church and her free time is spent hiking, reading and exploring new cities.

Joined the Plus Team in 1981
Danny started his career in the office machine industry in 1973 in Columbus, GA. He joined the team at Plus in 1981 and became a partner in the business in 1998. Danny took some time away from the industry in 2003 and rejoined Plus in 2007. He works as a Service Technician and also as the Vice President of Service, he works closely with the Service Manager and the entire Service team in a constant effort to provide the best possible support for our customers. |

Don has been in the office equipment service industry since 1980. He has experience maintaining equipment from Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Savin, Mita, Canon, Oce’ and Sharp. Prior to working in the office equipment industry, Don was an industrial mechanic in the food production industry. Don studied Psychology at the University of South Carolina and served for 5 years in the United States Air Force as an electronics/radio repair and forward air controller. The last two years of his service, he was the NCOIC of squadron training. Don is an avid music lover and has his own digital recording studio. Don enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs and loves to cook and entertain. He has four children.

He was promoted and relocated to Greenville, SC in 1995. Frank joined Plus Inc in 1997 as Computer Support Manager. He became a partner in the business in 1998. His ongoing goal is to continue the growth of our company while providing our customers with the best possible network and imaging solutions for their business.

Lindsay manages all customer copier contract administration and billing and is also responsible for third party equipment contracts. She handles all transactions for Plus Inc’s internal leasing company and assists with service and supply requests. She earned a B.A. degree from Clemson University and an Associates degree from Greenville Technical College. Lindsay is an active member of Temple Baptist Church in Simpsonville. She married her husband Adam in April 2008, and in her free time she likes golfing, baking, and spending time with family and friends, her cat, Roxie, and her dog, Rambo.

Stephanie and her family are active members of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Greenville, SC.
